Terms of service
Services and scope
Every project is defined in writing (scope, price and timeline) in a proposal before any deposit. Whatever is not in the written proposal is not part of the scope.
Payments
Builds: 50% deposit on signing to reserve the slot, balance at launch. Monthly plans (Presence, Growth, Dominion): billed a month in advance, on a 12 month contract; there is a 6 month option with a setup fee that gets credited if you move up to 12. Ad budget is separate from the plan. The technical diagnostic is billed at $250 an hour and fully credited toward the project if we move forward.
Delivery guarantee
The deposit is non-refundable once the kickoff call happens. We deliver every build live within its window (7, 14 or 30 business days from kickoff) or keep working up to 30 additional days at no cost. "Live" means: domain resolving, pages loading and forms working. If the delay comes from pending client content, slow approvals or force majeure, the clock pauses.
Intellectual property
The project code, design and files become yours upon full payment. Behike keeps the right to show finished work in its portfolio, unless a signed NDA says otherwise.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Behike LLC, Puerto Rico.
